Growing up in an Air Force family, Stephanie was fortunate to experience a diverse range of cultures while living in various locations, including Europe. After settling in Overland Park, Kansas, she attended Johnson County Community College and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design. Upon graduation, Stephanie joined a healthcare facility's design team as a computer-aided drafter and interior designer, utilizing AutoCAD software to manage all phases of complex remodeling projects from demolition to final finishes. While gaining valuable design experience, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a minor in Marketing at Ottawa University, followed by a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Stephens College. Today, Stephanie is further elevating her expertise as a PhD student in Real Estate Management, with just a few courses remaining. This doctoral research focuses on developing advanced solutions to modern real estate challenges, analyzing industry technology, and evaluating the widespread market impacts of property transactions. As a licensed REALTOR® in Kansas, Missouri, and throughout the entire state of Florida, Stephanie translates this high-level research into practical, data-driven results. She is deeply passionate about all facets of real estate—from standard acquisitions and sales to specialized investment strategies like fix-and-flips, foreclosures, short sales, probate, and commercial ventures. This unique blend of advanced education, design background, and strategic problem-solving skills allows Stephanie to advocate fiercely for clients and add immense value to every transaction.
